Rice cooked with plenty of mushrooms

Introducing cooked rice with a rich mushroom flavor! You can also add meat if you like. This recipe is for a 3 go rice cooker. Please refer to the recipe for 5.5 go cooking, which is available separately.

ingredients(For 2 people (3 go rice cooker))

・Rice (washed rice) 1 go
・Fried tofu 1/2 sheet (10g)
・Shiitake 2 pieces
・Shimeji mushroom 1/2 pack
・Trefoil 1/4 bundle
・water
(Seasoning)
・sweet sake 1 tablespoon
・soy sauce 1 tablespoon
・Japanese-style granules 1/4 teaspoon

How to make

1.Cut off the roots of shiitake mushrooms and slice them into thin slices. Cut off the roots of shimeji mushrooms and loosen them. Cut the trefoil into 2-3 cm widths.

2.For fried tofu, wipe off the oil with kitchen paper. Cut in half horizontally and 1 cm wide.

3.Put rice, seasoning, and water in the inner pot of the rice cooker up to the scale of 1 go and mix them to flatten the rice. Spread fried tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and shimeji mushrooms and cook normally.

4.When it is cooked, mix it gently and serve it in a bowl, and put the trefoil on it.
