This is an introduction to octopus rice made with mentsuyu. The umami of the octopus is soaked in the rice and is excellent. By adding ginger, the fragrance will be rich. It is recommended because the taste is easily determined by boiling mentsuyu.
ingredients(For 4 people [5.5 go cooked rice cooker])
・Rice (washed rice) 2 go
・Boiled octopus 150g
・Ginger (sliced) 2 sheets
・water Appropriate amount
【seasoning】
・Liquor 1 tablespoon
・Mentsuyu [3 times concentrated] 2 tablespoons
How to make
1.Cut the boiled octopus into 5mm widths.
2.Cut the ginger into julienne.
3.Put rice, 【seasoning】, and water in the inner pot of the rice cooker up to the 2nd scale and mix them to flatten the rice. Spread boiled rice and ginger on top and cook normally.
4.When it is cooked, mix it gently.
