A simple recipe for cooked bamboo shoots and fried tofu. The light seasoning brings out the flavor of bamboo shoots. It is recommended to cut bamboo shoots into large pieces to give them a texture.
Ingredients
For 2 people (3 go rice cooker)
・Rice (washed rice) 1 go
・Bamboo shoots [boiled in water] 100g
・Fried tofu 1/2 sheet (10g)
・water Appropriate amount
【seasoning】
・water 75cc
・Liquor 1/2 tbsp
・sweet sake 1 tablespoon
・salt 1/2 teaspoon
・soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon
・Japanese-style granules 1/4 teaspoon
How to make
1.Cut the bamboo shoots in half horizontally and slice them vertically along the fibers. For fried tofu, wipe off the oil with kitchen paper. Cut the short side in half and the long side in 1 cm width.
2.Put bamboo shoots, fried tofu, and 【seasoning】 in a pan and heat on medium heat. After boiling, cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
3.Separate the ingredients and broth and cool.
4.Put rice, broth, and water in the inner pot of the rice cooker up to the scale of 1 go and mix them quickly to flatten the rice. Spread bamboo shoots and fried tofu and cook normally.
5.Once cooked, mix the whole thing thoroughly.
