A rice burger accented with savory baked rice and green onion salt. If you crush the rice, it will not crumble easily. The umami of the ribs is very appetizing.
Ingredients

・rice 400g
・potato starch 1 tablespoon
・Salad oil 1/2 tbsp
【Green onion salt】
・Leek 1/2
・salt 1/4 teaspoon
・vinegar 1 tablespoon
・Chicken glass soup base 1/3 teaspoon
・Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
・Pepper a little
【Pork ribs】
・Ribs [for grilled meat] 150g
・Salt and pepper a little
・Salad oil 1 tsp
How to make
1.Finely chop the green onions.
2.Sprinkle salt and pepper on the pork.
3.Put 【Green onion salt】 in a bowl and mix (green onion salt sauce).
4.Put rice and potato starch in another bowl, mix and divide into 6 equal parts. Spread the wrap and wrap it with rice. Flatten it so that it is lightly crushed, and shape it into a round shape. Make a total of 6 in the same way.
※Use warm rice.
5.Put salad oil (1/2 tablespoon) in a frying pan and heat, line up the rice of 4, and bake on medium heat until lightly browned. Turn it upside down and bake it in the same way (rice buns).
6.Put salad oil (1 teaspoon) in the frying pan of ⑤, heat it, add pork and bake until it becomes brown. Wipe off excess fat with kitchen paper (pork ribs).
7.Put 1/3 amount of pork ribs on rice buns and 1/3 amount of green onion salt sauce. Hold it with another rice bun. Make a total of 3 in the same way.
