Tsukune rice burger recipe

Ingredients

【Rice buns】
・rice 500g
・White sesame 1 tablespoon
・potato starch 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp

【Meat】
・Minced chicken 200g
・onion 1/4 piece (50g)
・Liquor 1 tablespoon
・salt 1/3 teaspoon
・potato starch 1 tablespoon

【Sauce】
・Liquor 1 tablespoon
・sweet sake 1 tablespoon
・soy sauce 1 tablespoon

【Fried egg】
・egg Three

【For baking】
・Salad oil 1 tablespoon

【For finishing】
・lettuce Appropriate amount

How to make

1.<< Preparation >> Fold the aluminum foil into a strip with a width of 3 cm, roll it to a diameter of 10 cm, and staple it (a mold for fried eggs). Make a total of 3 in the same way.

2.Finely chop the onions.

3.Put 【Rice buns】 in a bowl, mix, divide into 6 equal parts, put on plastic wrap and wrap. Flatten it by crushing it lightly and make it into a circle with a diameter of about 10 cm (rice buns). Make a total of 6 in the same way.

4.Put 【Meat】 in another bowl and mix well until sticky (meat). Divide it into 3 equal parts and shape it into a circle with a diameter of 10 cm while removing air. Make a total of 3 in the same way.

5.Put half the amount of salad oil (1/2 tablespoon) on a hot plate, heat it to medium temperature, line up the rice buns in ③, put a fried egg mold in the empty space, and gently put the eggs. Bake the rice buns for 4 minutes on each side until they are browned. Bake the eggs until the whites are solid (fried egg). Take out the rice buns and fried egg.

6.Put the remaining salad oil (1/2 tablespoon) on a hot plate, heat to medium temperature, add meat sauce and bake until browned. Turn it over and bake for about 4 minutes until the meat is cooked. Add 【Sauce】 and entangle until it shines (tsukune).

7.Place lettuce, meatballs, and fried egg on rice buns in that order. Sprinkle on the sauce and pinch with the rest of the rice buns. Make a total of 3 in the same way.
