A Japanese-style burger is completed by sandwiching the pork that has been fried to a deep fried tofu and fried to a plum-flavored taste and the refreshing perilla leaves. Melting cheese enhances the richness.
Ingredients
For 4 people
・Atsuage 4 sheets (320g)
・Chopped pork 80g
・Melting sliced cheese 2 sheets
・onion 1/4 piece
・Macrophyll 2 sheets
・Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
【Plum teriyaki sauce】
・Salted plum 1 piece
・Liquor 1 tablespoon
・sugar 1/2 tbsp
・soy sauce 1 tablespoon
How to make
1.Atsuage cuts the thickness in half.
2.Cut off the core of the onion and slice it into thin slices. Cut off the stem of the perilla and cut it in half. Remove the seeds from the pickled plums and beat them.
3.Put half the amount of sesame oil (1/2 tablespoon) in a frying pan, heat it, put the fried tofu with the outside facing down, bake both sides on medium heat until it is browned and take it out. On the half-fried tofu side, put the melted sliced cheese while tearing it, put the perilla on it, and melt it with residual heat.
4.Add the remaining sesame oil (1/2 tablespoon), add pork and onions, and fry on medium heat until the color of the meat changes.
5.Add 【Plum teriyaki sauce】 and entangle it all over. Put 1/4 amount on 3 and put the rest of the fried tofu on it, sandwich it, and wrap it in a cooking sheet. Make a total of 4 in the same way.
※Use parchment paper or glassine paper as the wrapping paper.
