・Warm rice 2 bowls (400g)
・Cut off beef 150g
・sunny lettuce 2 sheets
・potato starch 1 tablespoon
・Sesame oil 2 tablespoons
【seasoning】
・Liquor 1 tablespoon
・sugar 2 tsp
・soy sauce 2 tsp
・Doubanjiang a little
How to make
1.Cut the sunny lettuce into pieces that are easy to eat. Put warm rice in a bowl, add potato starch, mix and divide into 4 equal parts. Wrap it in a wrap, squeeze it into a round shape, and lightly press it from above to shape it (rice buns).
