Recipes for “Kimchi Rice Burger” with outstanding volume

Ingredients

For 2 people

・Warm white rice 2 bowls (300g)
・Kimchi 100g
・Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
・Chicken thigh 1/2 sheet (150g)
・Salad oil 1 tablespoon
・lettuce Appropriate amount
・mayonnaise Appropriate amount

【Combined seasoning】
・Liquor 1 tablespoon
・sweet sake 1 tablespoon
・sugar 1/2 tbsp
・soy sauce 1 tablespoon

How to make

1.Put warm white rice in a container, add kimchi, mix well, and divide into 4 equal parts.

2.Wrap the kimchi rice in plastic wrap, make a round rice ball, and lightly press it from above to shape it.

3.Put sesame oil in a frying pan and heat on medium heat, then bake kimchi rice on both sides until the surface is crispy.

4.For chicken thighs, place the lenticels horizontally and make shallow cuts vertically. Put the salad oil in a frying pan and heat it. Put the chicken thighs through the skin and bake. When the chicken is browned, turn it over and bake until the chicken is cooked.

5.Add seasoning, mix while entwining, take out and cool.

6.Cut the chicken into two equal parts and put lettuce, chicken, and mayonnaise if you like on rice buns.
