“Bacon and eggs hot sandwich” recipe with soft-boiled eggs

Adding bacon to the omelet will improve the taste. The combination of bread baked in a toaster and fluffy eggs is excellent.

Ingredients

For 1 person

・Bread [8 slices]　2 sheets
・Salad oil　1 tsp

【Egg liquid】
・egg　2 pieces
・bacon　2 sheets
・cheese for pizza　10g
・Salt and pepper　a little

How to make

1.Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide pieces.

2.Put 【Egg liquid】 in a bowl and mix.

3.Bake the bread in a toaster until it is browned.

4.Put the vegetable oil in an omelet and heat it, pour 2 into it, mix it well, and when the surroundings start to harden, fold it in half (fried eggs).

5.Place the omelet on the toasted bread and sandwich it. Leave until familiar and cut in half.
※It is recommended to apply mayonnaise and ketchup to the bread.
