A hot sandwich with salty bacon and cheese that does not require seasoning. It’s easy to make with a small amount of material, so it’s a nice dish when you’re busy.
Ingredients
For one person
・Bread [8 slices] 2 sheets
・bacon 4 sheets
・sliced cheese 2 sheets
・spinach 1/2 bag (100g)
・Salted butter 10g
・Pepper a little
How to make
1.Cut off the root of spinach a little, make a cross cut, put it in a bowl filled with water, and wash it. Wrap it gently in plastic wrap and heat it in a 600 W range for 1 minute. Drain it by exposing it to water and cut it into 2 cm widths.
2.Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide pieces.
3.Heat a frying pan, add bacon and fry on medium heat until browned.
4.Put sliced cheese (1 piece) and spinach on top of bread (1 piece), sprinkle with pepper, and put bacon, the rest of sliced cheese, and bread on top.
5.Wipe off the fat from the frying pan of ③ with kitchen paper, add butter and heat, add 4 and hold the edges with a spatula, etc., and bake on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until browned.
6.Turn it over, bake for 2-3 minutes in the same way until it turns brown, take it out, and cut it in half.
