Introducing a hot sandwich recipe that you can easily make using tuna cans. The sweetness of corn goes well with the rich horse tuna mayo. The crispy texture of the cabbage is also a point. Please try it for breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients
For 1 person
・Bread [8 slices] 2 sheets
・Tuna can [boiled in water] 1 can (70g)
・cheese for pizza 40g
・cabbage 40g
・onion 1/4 piece
・Corn [frozen] 2 tablespoons
・Mustard 1 tsp
・Drawn butter (salted) Appropriate amount
【seasoning】
・soy sauce 1 tsp
・mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
・Salt and pepper a little
How to make
1.Cut the cabbage into julienne. Finely chop the onions. Put the onions in a bowl, add salt (outside the amount: 1/4 teaspoon), sprinkle and leave for about 5 minutes. Drain by exposing to water.
2.Put tuna cans, 1 onion, corn, and 【seasoning】 in a bowl and mix (tuna mayo corn).
※Cut tuna cans from canned juice. Thaw the corn!
3.Spread the mustard on a piece of bread.
4.Melt butter in a hot sandwich maker and place 3 breads, cabbage, tuna mayo corn, pizza cheese, and the rest of the bread in that order. Cover and bake on medium heat for about 2 minutes, turn the hot sandwich maker over and bake in the same way.
5.Cut into a size that is easy to eat and serve in a bowl.
